Here at ELEVATE HAIR STUDIO we take protecting your privacy and security seriously. ELEVATE HAIR STUDIO will only ever use your information to process your order. ELEVATE HAIR STUDIO does not disclose customer information to third parties other than those used to process your order and dispatch order information.
This contract is concluded in English.
All prices indicated for products available via the website. Delivery charges are shown when checking out. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus the delivery charge.
Delivery of goods is made once full payment is made through PayPal, Apple Pay, and Stripe payments.
UK deliveries are sent via Royal Mail. Please allow 3-5 days for delivery.
In line with distance selling regulations, you have 14 days to change your mind on your purchase,
All packages must have been unopened and tamper labels in tact.
The Curl Consultant/ Elevate Hair Studio is NOT responsible for returning costs

Booking System and all electronic system is protected with PIN or passwords.
Colour record cards, Allergy Alert tests and questionaires only include Name and Personal details and are kept safely in the salon only accessible to stylist.
Deposit system does NOT record your card details and if a refund of deposit if required I will ask you for relevant details and then dispose of when completed.
Card machine ‘LOPAY’ does NOT store personal details.
Email confirmation booking will be sent.
Text/email reminders will be sent 24-48 hours before appointment, unless you request for it to stop.
We do not send spam
If you would like to opt out of email communication at any time you can do so by unsubscribing when your email is sent out.
We respect your privacy, and will not spam you with unnecessary emails or calls.
The Curl Consultant Claire requires a 50% non refundable booking fee to secure your appointment, which will be deducted from the cost of your treatment. if you need to cancel or change appointment I require at least 48hrs notice and failure to do so will result in the loss of the booking fee.
All “no shows” with forfeit the booking fee and will require payment for the remaining 50% before booking any other appointment.
We do, of course, understand that unavoidable issues arise and will do our best to work with you in case of genuine emergency. Please call ASAP 07904234232
In the event your appointment is cancelled by Claire you shall be notified as much as possible in advance , as is possible and a rescheduled appointment will be made. Should a reschedule not suit a refund of booking fee shall be given.
